When you opt in, you will receive text messages that help you protect your interest in an inherited or distressed property. These may include:

Auction‑date reminders and deadline alerts

Free guidance on how to stop or postpone a tax‑deed or foreclosure auction

Appointment confirmations and reminders with our advisors

Occasional promotional offers for no‑cost services that can help you keep or sell the property

2 — Opt‑Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our messaging number or short code. After we receive your STOP message, we will send a final confirmation SMS. You will then no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re‑join, sign up again on our website and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
